Butternut
Mountain Farm
Butternut
Mountain Farm is one of Vermont’s premiere producers,
packagers and distributors of maple syrup and the largest
handler of Vermont maple products nationwide. From
managing forest lands to packaging and distributing maple
syrup, Butternut Mountain Farm strives to connect their
work from tree to table.
The heart of Butternut Mountain Farm
really is a farm. This 600 acre tree farm is located
on a hillside at the end of three miles of rough dirt road
and has been owned and stewarded by the Marvin family for
more than half a century. Butternut Mountain Farm’s
owner and founder, David Marvin, believes one of the greatest
and most satisfying challenges he faces is making the farm
not just productive, but sustainable. David has taken
his belief in the importance of the working landscape and
sustainable agriculture beyond his business and volunteers
his time for several Vermont non-profit organizations including
the Vermont Land Trust, Shelburne Farms and the Vermont
Maple Industry Council.
Zachary’s
Pizza

Zachary’s Pizza has been serving
up delicious food and family fun since 1962 with restaurants
located in South Burlington, Milton, Waterbury, Colchester
and Richmond Vermont.
Zachary’s has been a locally-owned
restaurant chain and part of the Vermont community for
the past twenty-five years. They take pride in supporting
youth and high school organizations, clubs, activities
and teams. Zachary’s was one of the first to implement
fundraising through pizza kit sales in
Vermont and Red Barn is pleased to carry on this tradition.
